Windows 10 start button and notifications button not working

Question

Hello,

In last 2 months I have a strange problem with 4 different computers, where start and notification button stop working. All for computers have common this things:

• Domain computer
• Windows 10 21H2
• Office 2021 Home and Business
• Exchange online

I can solve problem with deleting account from domain computer and create a new login to same computer and then all functions starts to working.

Can someone tell me a reason why this is happening?

Based Upon the information provided.
There are lot of issues, and process working on the pc at a same time. and there may be lot of issues which cause the user profice corruption
When windows and windows files got corrupted, damaged, you may face these kind of issues probably critical windows updates. or corrupted windows files
I will suggest you to
Perform SFC and DISM scans. Type cmd in the Windows search bar and open Command Prompt as administrator.
