Are you using local administrator account to log in to these VMs or is your VM domain joined?
If you are using local account credentials, then can you try to reset your username and password from the Azure portal (Reset password option from the VM blade), and let me know if logging in to the Azure VM using the new set of local account credentials works for you or not? Looking forward to your response.
