Red Shift Server Certificate does not match with NLB end point while connecting with encryption from both PoweBI desktop/service application

Hi Team,
We are using both PowerBI Desktop version and browser (app.powerbi.com) and we are facing server certificate does not match with LB hostname while using encryption enabled in powerbi. While checking in the Red shift, There is no SSL has been applied in red shift well.
Please let us know how we can fix this issue?
