Getting the error like "Not in formal parameter list"

I can able to generate the executable files (Exe/MAP/Elf) through BAT file via command prompt. Not facing any issue with BAT file run.
Now the agenda is the same project should be to built and run through visual studio. But it throwing above mentioned error.

Installed 2019 community, Opened the new project and followed the same project structure & added all include files PATH. Please support me anyone faced the same issue.

Getting the error like "Not in formal parameter list" for all data types (uint8.sint8,uint16..)

NOTE: Not needed any code change since same code is working through BAT file.

The error is showing in .h file. The scenario is:
one variable is defined in one header file .h like
typedef unsigned char vuint8;

In another header file .h, we taken as,
typedef vuint8 IO_U8;

So in this scenario, the error is triggering at second header file.

This issue is facing in Visual studio.

Hi @LakshmiPrabha , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Is there any semicolon missing maybe? Or maybe sometimes the standard supports two or several prototypes, but with specific compiler one of them may fail to be built. If you can share us a sample to reproduce this issue, or share some code snippets, it will be useful to check deeper.
