Issue with Partner subscription access

Question

Hello,
We are trying to access to our client subscription using Partner Account.
The Partner connexion on Tenant is working (Global Admin), but we cannot set the security on subscriptions
We tried to follow this link, we it didn't worked : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/reinstate-csp
We opened a case on Microsoft support, but they told us that this commands has now to be done en Microsoft Graph.
I installed the Microsofr.Graph PowerShell module, but I don't know to command line to set the autorization.
Can you help us solving this issue ?
