Inconsistent behaviou while installing M365 apps for Windows 10 devices
HI,
I have a client whose infra has laptop distributed with no office application on it, they were restricted to use Office withing Citrix. Now they are moving to cloud and Windows 10 devices are requested to be installed with m365 apps including Teams from Intune. Comanagemnet setup works smoothly, but when it comes to M365 app deployment from Intune, the behaviour is inconsistent, where the app itself takes ages to install in and if installed the status doesnt show up in Intune (always stuck at install pending). Tried deploying a package with Teams alone, which works occasionally, but most of the time the status from Intune is not reliabel. Any suggestion/recommendation to resolve this issue and ensure app in installed on devices?
