How to enable OpenID Dynamic Client Registration in AD FS 2022

I have set up AD FS 2022.
To not be forced to manually register each client, I like to enable Open ID Dynamic Client Registration (https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-registration-1_0.html).
Unfortunately I cannot find an option or command to do so.
Is this feature not supported?
