WSL2 issue on mounting a sd card(ext4)

Obviously I can find this card and get its diskpath:

\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0 SAMSUNG MZVLB512HAJQ-00000 5 512105932800 SAMSUNG MZVLB512HAJQ-00000
\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1 SDHC Card 1 31914086400 SDHC Card

But when I was trying to mount (administrator):

❯ wsl --mount \.\PHYSICALDRIVE1

Console told me that system can’t find this device!
How to fix this???
