ArcGIS drive time layers

Question

I'm currently using a desktop version of PowerBi and then publishing to a SharePoint site. the ArcGIS map on my desktop has the Analysis Tool and Basemap Tool, however, the published PowerBi is missing those items. How can I get those tools on the published map? What I am using them for is to allow users to select a location and then create a drive-time radius to determine how many potential recruits we have withing that 50 mile radius. I can do this on the desktop but cannot once it is published to Sharepoint.

ALSO, the ArcGIS map has stopped loading when I use Chrome as my browser. I can open my SharePoint site in Firefox and get it to load there. Why won't Chrome work?
