Site to Site blip but won't reconnect

Hi,
I set up some site to site (IPSEC) connections 18 months or so ago. Occasionally I get a blip but, until now they always reconnect. This time however 2 of the 2 connections refuse to reconnect. I have tried everything but can't see what the problem is. At each site we have a Draytek router which connects to the gateway. I have created new connections on the router, I have restarted both ends, I have deleted the LGN and connections and recreated them but still nothing.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated especially as I'm supposed to be on A/L and I've been at this all day.
Cheers
Graeme

    Hi ,

I can see that the device you are using is not listed among one of the validated devices mentioned in Azure docs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-about-vpn-devices)

My suggestion is to use the validated device to listed in the doc. It doesn't mean that the IPSec will not work on non-validated device. Since it is not validated and it is developed by a different vendor, we need extensive testing and troubleshooting to figure out the root cause.

I suspect this can be due to the rekey as this issue is not happening when the initial connection is established.
