Configuration Manager Console does not load for some people

After I installed the Configuration Manager 2111 Hotfix on the server, several people are no longer to run the Configuation Management Console. They get the message "The Configuration Manager Console cannot connect to the Configuration Manager site database. Verify the following"

However I am able to run the console from the server and my PC.

    Hi,

    Please validate if there are errors in the AdminUI.log that is stored, which located in Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\AdminUILog, and check the event viewer for any specific errors.

    Besides the above checking, there are several steps for generic issues:

    -->1. Ensure DCOM is active
    -->2. Validate the DCOM permission
    -->3.Verify WMI permission
    -->4. Check whether the user has the necessary privileges to the SMS provider on the site server
    -->5. Check whether the user has the necessary security rights to the database.
    -->6. Verify namespace connectivity
    -->7. To verify server connectivity
    -->8. Verify the SMS Provider details
    -->9. Rebuild the namespaces

    I need to uninstall and reinstall the Configuration Management Console.

    Where do I find the install for the console on the server?

    If I log onto one of the PCs with my account, the I get the same error message. I am able to run the software from my PC.
    Even with the firewall off on the server and the PC(s), same error message. Did an uninstall and reinstall of the console this morning, same error message.

    I was able to resolve the issue.
