Outlook CALENDAR Search Broken

Usually with outlook (Exchange Online) one can search within calendar's appoints by simply searching text, if this is part of a subject of an appointment, this will be returned in a results list.This should even work for a search within a opened shared calendar.
Now we already have two users where this never returns any results anymore, not from own calendar, nor for a shared one.

Any idea, has this something to do with the index or eventually with the .ost cache file, Since our people heavily rely on this feature, it's quite inconvenient to not have it anymore.

Outlook Options Search Result settings are default, set to "Current Folder. From current mailbox if..." but anyway, the same settings work for other user. Any suggestions?
