Exam reschedule problem

I scheduled The AZ900 exam yesterday (29.6.2022) at 11.15 am, i waited so long for the proctor to connect with me but it showed me "Sorry we can't launch your test now, please reschedule it" but I tried again and again finally the proctor connected, he told me that my video was not visible to him and he asked to restart the application with the same access code, While I'm doing that he left unfortunately, then i tried to connect again but the app asked me to do all the procedure to start the exam again..i tried nearly more than 5 times but it didn't work and also i runned out of time . Please help me to schedule my exam again.
