Show popup for terms of use acceptance during signin instead of displaying on other page

I am able to follow these tutorials and implement the same for TOU as in https://github.com/azure-ad-b2c/samples/tree/master/policies/sign-in-sign-up-versioned-tou

However i wanted to show the second screen after signin with TOU as a popup instead of on the second screen.

Any help with this regards is helpful.
