Recognize text API

Question

We maintain one of our project use Text Recognize API. But I am not able to find any guidance about the roadmap. I feels like this API has no new releasing for such a long time

I hope I can get some guidance here

Yes, you are right, the Recognize Text API is being deprecated. The Computer Vision RecognizeText and ocr operations are no longer maintained, and are in the process of being deprecated in favor of the new Read API covered in this article. Existing customers should transition to using Read operations.
