I'm working with a someone who is trying to use presenter mode in Teams but that option is missing.
I reinstalled Teams for her and she has version 1.5.00.14473, the same as me. We created a test meeting and when I share my screen I have that option but when she shares her screen it's not there. Her colleagues can also use presenter mode but for some reason she doesn't have it.
Is there something I can look at or something I'm missing?

The user found some compatibility mode setting that seemed to fix it. I didn't ask her for the details so I'm not sure exactly which setting it is but it sounds like it's working now.

Do you mean this issue only happened in this specific user?
Can this issue reproduce in Teams web client?

Yes, it's just for the one user. Her colleagues have the presentation mode and I do but she does not.
We didn't try in the web client, I wasn't sure if it was available there.
So if the camera isn't on presentation mode won't show?
I'll take a look at the web client and that the camera is on.
