Windows 10 Update 2004 Error

Question

Hi
Windows is trying to update from 1903 to 2004 but consistently fails with a number of different reasons, 0xc1900101, 0X80242016 through Windows Update. Most recently I have tried downloading the manual version and that too fails with Error Code 0xc0000005.
Any ideas?

The error code 0xc0000005 can be caused by a compatibility issue between your computer hardware and the operating system that you're trying to install or a possible hardware conflict.
