Hi there,
I have a question regarding my certification profile. I have earned Microsoft MD-100 in September 2021 but I don't see it in my profile. It indicates that I have passed the exam but I can't see it as Active Certificate. I would like to see it there and have the renew option for it. Please let me know how this could be resolved or who do I contact.
