Dp-203 Azure Certification Registrration Help

Hello, I have registered for DP-203 due to some issues I have not received my question paper and I have lost my exam 2 days back, But now I am trying to book another slot to take exam but while registering it is showing like "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time" Can anyone help me to register again?
