Office 2021 Pro on Windows Server 2016 working ?

I have a Server 2016 and need to install a new office on this server.
When i check the system requirements of Office Pro 2021 Windows Server 2016 is not listed.
So what i want to know if Office 2021 Pro is working on Server 2016 ?
Maybe it is not listed in the min specs. because Server 2016 is End of life ...

    Looks like it is not officially supported.
    Operating system
    Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 10 LTSC 2021, Windows 10 LTSC 2019, Windows Server 2022, or Windows Server 2019.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query related to MS Office on Server 2016.

    I believe its still supported on Server 2016.
    Microsoft 365 Apps is supported on Windows Server 2016 only until October 2025.

    Based on my tests, we can install Office 2021 via using ODT on Windows Server 2016 at current time.

    But from a usage perspective, this is not the best practice, according to 'Modern Lifecycle Policy', customers must stay current as per the servicing and system requirements published for the product or service.
