Azure VPN Gateway in "Failed" stat

Hi All,
We are using VPN Gateway Gen1 Basic for minimal usage.
It was working fine until last week, turns out the S2S connections down and never come up after 24 hours.
We had raise support ticket to technical support.
Checked by a few engineers, all of them have no idea how to solve other than provide some KB and command ask us to execute.
So far none of the solution provided is working to bring up or delete the "failed" VPN Gateway.
Below is the error message turned when execute the Get Set command.

failed due to following errors: '["The operation failed due to following errors: '[\"The current operation failed due
to an intermittent error with gateway 'vnet-gw-1'. Please try again.\"]'."]'.'

In summary, actions we have performed:
Run Get Set command in powershell – not working
Resetting VPN gateway – not working
Upgrade SKU from basic to high performance – not working
Delete in “all resources” – not working
Create new VPN gateway – not working due to resource stuck in failed deployment state
Please help if anyone have idea on this, Microsoft Support have no clue on this error.

Per my understanding, I believe you are trying to either delete or get the VPN Gateway back to its provisioned state.
- I see that you had an S2S connection was established and this set-up was working previously.
- May I know if there were any changes made recently to the gateway or Vnet address space before the VPN gateway went into a failed state? (It is quite possible that address space overlap between Vnet and LNG might result in such a scenario)
- May I know if you got a chance to delete the Connection object and then try to reset/delete the gateway?
- Can you also please let me know in which region the VPN Gateway is deployed

- There is no changes on the gateway or Vnet prior the gateway went into failed state. The only action performed was "Reset" the gateway when the S2S connections were down for more than 24 hours. I believe the "Reset" bring the VPN into worst situation.
- I have deleted all the Connections object and intent to reset/delete the gateway, but its does not help.
- The VPN gateway is deployed in UK South.
