Do we have tooltips in Azure Purview? If yes, how to fetch the tooltips using REST API?

By "Tooltip" do you mean those pop-up windows which happen when you mouse over things? (Sometimes called "toast") Like this example when I hover over your name in this question. (See image below)

In my experience, such pop-ups are purely a visual user interface feature. Not something that would come up in REST Api responses, generally.

Yes, the tooltip is once mouse over the things.

Once we scan the PowerBI into Purview using the Out Of the Box feature, are we able to get the report tooltips into Purview from PowerBI?
Please confirm.

I'm not the expert on powerBi, so I asked my coworker if tooltips ever have data in them. I was told, no, and so they are hard-coded. (correct me if there was a miscommunication)

So if contents of tooltips are not something you would control, then there would be no reason to bring them over.
