Can't login customized application with sign-in to Microsoft to an ASP.NET web app

We have used Microsoft sign-in to login local customized web application for two years. Today the sign-in function doesn't work.

Sign-in function was developed by reference of https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/tutorial-v2-asp-webapp

Thanks for reaching out. Are you able to resolve the issue? This might be intermittent network issue as well.

Application is throwing this error as Azure Active directory not redirecting to Microsoft authentication page and this error can be due to number of reasons.

Verify that your solution is targeted .Net 4.7.2.
Verify that all OWIN-related NuGet packages are version 4.1.0 or higher.
Did you check your configurations has been setup correctly?

If there is a Proxy installed, the user making the connection might be blocked at the proxy level.
Are you able to access the https://login.microsoftonline.com/<tenant-id>/v2.0/.well-known/openid-configuration in your browser?
Did you upgrade the .net project?
