Calendar Approvals say "No Response Required" for just 1 of our staff members

We have a resource (room) set up for our conference room. All employees have the ability to see the schedule for this room and are able to request meetings in this room. When a meeting is requested the approval email goes to the sole delegate of the room, but when she gets this email it says "No Response Required" where there would normally be 3 buttons to accept, cancel, or tentative the request. I'm the office admin so I was able to go in and change the delegate of the room to myself just to see what happens with the request when it comes through. Everything that comes to me shows up fine and normal, I get the options to accept and cancel right there in the email. I switched it back to her and it goes right back to No Response Required. I've looked into her registry looking for the line DisableResponseButtons = 1, but that line does not exist in her registry. I created the line DisableResponseButtons = 0, closed Outlook and re-opened it and when we went back to her inbox to view the approval email it shows the correct buttons for a split second, and then goes back to No Response Required. We've checked her device in Active Directory to make sure she's in the same OU as the rest of our devices to make sure there isn't some special restriction applied to her, but everything is right were it needs to be. What else could this be? What am I missing here?

I think you will need to poke around a bit here. I'd start with:

Check her Outlook auto accept settings under options
Also check the room itself if it has anything special set for her under its delegate settings (You can create a new Outlook profile and logon directly to the Room maiblbox.

    Hi @Groven, Zane ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Which entry in the registry have you modified?

It is recommended you modify the both entries and see it the issue continues:

    Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar
    DWORD: DisableResponseButtons
    Value: 0

    And
    Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar
    DWORD: DisableResponseButtons
    Value: 0

Note: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method, please back up and restore the registry before you modify the registry.
