Excel 2021 - sharing the file between 2 users at the same time and without MS authorization

Hello! Need some help with my Office 2021 - need to set up file sharing in Excel (locally - not using the Microsoft cloud). So there is a file server, there are workstations with Office 2021 - and we need to edit the some *.xlsx file at the same time - how to do this without MS account? Is it possible? Thank you.

You can use Share Workbook (Legacy) feature.

If you can not find this option, please add Shared Workbook buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar or Ribbon.

After enabling the Shared Workbook feature, you can collaborate on a workbook with multiple people. But this feature has many limitations, for more details, please refer to "About the shared workbook feature".
