So i don't see a similar situation already posted here, but windows freezes at the windows startup logo, hear me out.
When i try to reinstall windows 10 from USB same thing, freezes at windows logo.
Switched out the hard drive with an OS already loaded and working (same computer model), same thing, freezes at windows logo. In this case it will let me load it in safe mode, log in and work in safe mode, but when i go back and try to load normal windows, freezes at windows logo. So this narrows the issue down to either the hardware or the startup drivers? Not really sure, but the fact that safe mode is accessible and not normal mode tells me there's something broken during startup.
I already reset the BIOS to factory defaults, and the Legacy/UEFI settings back to default, still running into the issue at the windows logo. To be more specific, it freezes when the windows logo is up and the dots are spinning underneath (the dots freeze seconds after they start to spin) and will not go farther than that.
