SharePoint Library Dropdown Menu has broken links

Our team site has several document libraries. At least two users are reporting broken links in the library dropdown menu. The link seems to be appending some mistaken info to the beginning of the link, adding a path through the current document library, if that makes sense. For example, in the main Documents Library, when a user clicks the library picker and tries to navigate to something called Label Library, instead of "https://OurCompanySite.sharepoint.com/sites/OurTeamSite/Label%20Library", the click takes the user to "https://OurCompanySite.sharepoint.com/sites/OurTeamSite/Shared%20Documents/Forms/https://OurCompanySite.sharepoint.com/sites/OurTeamSite/Label%20Library" which is a broken link.

I reproduced your problem by chance today, click the library picker in Document Library to report an error, there is no problem navigating from other library to another library, so I tried many times to test in the navigation without problem, and later the problem disappeared after navigating to other libraries in Document Library. This may be an unknown error on the webpage caused by a browser or Internet problem. In this case, you could try switching browsers or test multiple times in private mode to see if this problem can be solved well.
