We have Citrix running on Windows Server and we all know that Clipboard History which works very fine in W10, isn't in Server. Now I found out that it DOES WORK when I don't have the remote Server session in Full Screen mode. Other usefull stuff - like Capture2text- that IT does not want to/can't install is working too when in window-mode. Can anyone explain this to me?
Is this feature added now? I'm on a WinServ2019, pressing Win+V like I would on a Win10, nothing. The UserVoice is gone as well: ERROR 404 This UserVoice instance is no longer available.

Nope. I'm on Windows Server 2022 and still nothing. There is software that does it, though. I searched for the best one in a list with 16 from an article I found through a Google search, and the one I found to be most like Microsoft's is ClipboardZanager. 1Clipboard also looks good, but has a rather mac-y interface (which you might like). Clipclip looks very... web 2.0-y. Clipjump seems to fit Windows 7+ as well.

Do you know any app that can help with that? It's super annoying to copy everything again and again...

@Victor Souza ClipboardZanager won't work on Windows Server because it required Microsoft Store which is not supported on Server OS.
If anyone else is looking for this same feature, please go upvote the UserVoice request. The more votes, the more likely for it to get done.

The clipboard history feature was introduced into windows 10 OS since 2018, version 1809; but there is no more notification on whether or not it will be added into Windows Server.
For advice and suggestion, you could go to the UserVoice site to give feedback as mentioned by Leon.

Moreover, per searching, there is a powershell script could be applied into old version of windows server (version previous to windows server 2012), kindly check if it would be useful for you.
