Badge expiration date not renewed on Credly/Acclaim after renewing the Azure Administrator Associate certification

Hi support,

I passed the renewal assessment for the Azure Administrator Associate certification. The badge on Credly is still showing old expiration date.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

Hello, I have the same problem, my expiration date is not updated in Credly.
Is there any solution to this problem?

There is a huge amount of people reporting the same problem here - all seems to be connected to performing the renewal of the previous exam. No idea what the fix is - I'm probably just going to stop bothering with this Credly thing if its not going to work

The same. I have successfully renewed my AZ-104 certificate. But it has not updated on Credly.
