Batch account stuck on "deleting" for 2 days

Hello!

I want to delete a batch account to create a new one with a different configuration. The account has been stuck on status "deleting" for 2 days now.
Has anyone else experienced this problem before?

    Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    There could be multiple reasons for this issue.
    Most likely it could be a conflict that is putting the account in stuck state for long time.

    The conflict could be multiple accounts deletion initiation.
    Conflict on deletion dependency with other linked azure services. Ex: Batch service failing to delete a cert in key vault. OR Locks on dependent resources etc.
