It appears that Plesk has some restrictions in the use of RDP with its product. You should open a support call with Plesk to see that you have things configured according to their requirements and to see if they have any suggestions.
RDP Disabled Automatically in a Span of time.
Hello,
We have a windows server 2012 r2 and we have a Plesk panel installed in it, after a span of every 3-4 hours we cant access the server and after checking it physically RDP has been disabled automatically and after allowing it we are again able to access the server, there is something wrong in the server, can anyone please help me out if required any logs or anything please let me know, PFA

Since you have installed Plesk pannel, please try to enable remote desktop access via Plesk and see if the issue persists.
