Hi,

Few days ago I started using Microsoft Edge and I added differents websites inside my collections and now out of the blue I can not see my collections.
I get the message "You are almost there. Use my account to sign into Collections".
What I'm supposed to do? I already logged in with my account and synchronized. Every time I click Continue nothing happens.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

I don't have Microsoft folder under this path. I can't believe Microsoft are doing this big mistakes on all their applications. It's like they are doing all the things better but only partly, come on guys.

And, I have problems as well in different Microsoft things, like importing favorites on iOS Edge application, never being synchronized, Outlook web are not loading Gmail mails and so on... Microsoft, we are in 2022, time to put more quality on all your stuff please.

    Regards.

Well, it seems like I have Microsoft folder hide somehow, I had to hardcode it to the path.
Anyway, I changed the file names and still not working. What's more is now Microsoft Edge created again the old ones in the same folder.

Sorry, I am not not going to waste more time on Edge, this is not a normal behavior and they must test it before release things. They never learn.

    Regards.

    Hello,

    Try the following:

    1. Close your Edge browser.
    2. Open the file path C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Collections
    3. Rename collectionsSQLite and collectionsSQLite-journal (add some word to the file names)
    4. Re-open Edge browser and see if your collection has returned.
