Unable to install Windows Azure Stack with LSC/DCI error

Hi,

I'm currently evaluating Windows Azure Stack and I'm unable to install it due to this error. Can somebody help me?

This event indicates that failure happens when LCM is processing the configuration. Error Id is 0x1. Error Detail is The SendConfigurationApply function did not succeed.. Resource Id is [HealthAgent]HealthAgentConfig and Source Info is C:\CloudDeployment\Roles\HealthAgent\HealthAgentDsc.psm1::45::9::HealthAgent. Error Message is The PowerShell DSC resource '[HealthAgent]HealthAgentConfig' with SourceInfo 'C:\CloudDeployment\Roles\HealthAgent\HealthAgentDsc.psm1::45::9::HealthAgent' threw one or more non-terminating errors while running the Test functionality. These errors are logged to the ETW channel called Microsoft-Windows-DSC/Operational. Refer to this channel for more details..

    DSC errors can be very hard to figure out. Your best bet is to first try a -rerun and see if the error has resolved. If you are using HDD storage and not SSDs, it can take a long time to get through some steps but several reruns are needed to get through the installation.

    If the reruns get the same error over and over, your next step will be to completely re-download and reinstall the ASDK. If the error persists then, please let me know and we can attempt to look deeper into why these errors are occurring. DSC errors tend to be quite tedious.
