AZ900 exam access error

Question

I accessed to az900 exam one hour before the actual scheduled time and finishied the environvment test sccessfully.
After that, I accessed acutal exam page and finished the check of supervisor successfully, after taking the pictures of my passport and the space where i take the exam.
However, the access hase been terminated when moving to the next step although any other programs are not runiing at that time.

I repeated the above process three times for the exam, but the result was the same. So I couldn't take the exam.

How can i solve this issue?
