Windows Hello PIN Keeps resetting whenever machine restarts

Hi,

I am having a very weird issue that i have deployed a Group Policy via Domain Controller, which enables the Windows Hello options to all the computers, It did work pretty well, and users are able to set the PIN successfully, however the saved PIN resets automatically after Laptop restarts, couldn't understand whats happening, if there are any work around, which can resolve this issue would be highly appreciated.

The problem is related to a corruption of the Hello data. The solution is to clean out the corrupted Hello data and recreate it. This will fix the problem, until the bug happens to strike again in the future, which could unfortunately still happen.

1.Start the Services console
2.Stop the system service called "Windows Biometric Service"
3.Move away the files in C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase for backup, to be able to undo this process if you so decide
4.Restart the service
5.Register the fingerprint again
6. Test working status

Hi Thanks for the update, Have tried the same, It worked and as soon as i connect my laptop to my organization network, the PIN reset automatically and It shows create a PIN, during which the biodata at C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase is still exist.

I don't know whats happening, what do you think causing this PIN keep resets only when i connect to organization network.
