Dear Support,

i am planning to go with DR site at Azure site recovery.

I just want to replicate the hyper-v VMs on-premise to Azure site recovery so all VMs will be in off state in Azure so in this case for replication do i need VPN connection Site to Site?

Replication occurs over the Internet on port 443 so no VPN is required for replication.

Thanks for reply, so this 443 replication is already encrypted right by default
