IE Print PreView just return blank page

All IE Print Preview page just return a blank page.

And the URL is "file:///c:/windows/Temp", the normal preview is the URL of web page.

How to solve this problem?

    The version is IE 11 and we connect the printer by Ethernet.

    I have try all the method in the list.

    Include "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/973479/unable-to-print-or-view-the-print-preview-of-a-webpage-in-internet-exp"

    But still can't resolve the problem.
