How add context menu item in Windows 11

How add my app (a MFC/VC++) menu item to Windows 11 modern context menu (not second menu displays by show more...). Sholud I use IContextMenu or IExplorerCommand or there is a registry easy way?

Yes thanks, I found the way but this way requires MSIX package and the package requires a certificate to sign it. I do not have the certificate!

thanks but by this generated certificate can I publish my app or need to buy a payed cerificate?
I need to just create a sparcse package
