Android 12 Kisok device enrolled to Intne screen flickering

Hello,
did someone have issue with enrolling Android 12 Samsung tablet to Intune as Kiosk device?

When I try to enroll Samsung tablet into Kiosk scenario all settings and apps are pushed to the device. But the issue appears when I try to run application. When I tap on the application badge device screen starts flickering (opening and closing app really fast). This also happens if i pres on screen home button.

The same setting work without any issues on Samsung tablets with Android 11 version.

Does anyone know if there is something specific on Android 12 version that is causing this?
