Is Microsoft changing the certification template?

Question

I think Microsoft has changed its certification template, now it displays the profile name which is edittable and under the profile name there is the legal name as declared on the certification profile.

1. What is the purpose for this confusion?
2. I just wonder whether all Microsoft partners are well informed of this change?
3. And is there a way to switch back to old certification template?
4. Why there is a settings to deselect showing Legal name on the certification but it still displays the legal name eventually?
