MS Teams audio stream API

Question

Gong.io claims to be able to access the Teams audio feed, which they then transcribe and summarize inside their app (ditto for Zoom, etc.). This seems to be streamed, not completed audio.

How are they doing that for Teams, and can anyone point me to the relevant resources to do the same?

Currently we can access audio and video sessions using Microsoft.Graph.Communications.Calls.Media.
