Files with MACRO not working while connecting Azure file share using P2S vpn

Question

Hello everyone

We are using Azure File Share with P2S VPN but none of the files with macro is working properly. Some Details as below
Azure ADDS is not provisioned

Any help is appreciated.

According to the descriptions and screenshot above, please refer to this article "Macros from the internet will be blocked by default in Office".
For security reasons, Microsoft teams make a change to the default behavior in Microsoft 365 Apps for Windows (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word) to now block VBA macros in files obtained from the internet.

There are several options available to you to allow VBA macros to run in files that you trust.

• Save files to a Trusted Location of Office.
• Designate a file server or network share as a Trusted site (Add the FQDN or IP address of the file share or network server to the list of Trusted Sites).
• Have users select the Unblock checkbox on the General tab of the Properties dialog for the file to make it a Trusted Document.
