Azure Devops Pipeline fails randomly

Hi Team,

We have a .Net core 6 and Angular 13 application and the release pipeline is set up with azure DevOps.

Sometimes it fails randomly no matter how many times we run that. It keeps failing at the same step. And it gets resolved automatically if we run the pipeline after a few hours. Please find the attached screenshot.
