once i download visual studio and every time I turn on my PC the pop up that shows when you want to open a file with an extension not used before is shown and when I choose a text editor app a bunch of texts show. i tried repairing visual studio but nothing got fixed.
the text that show in text editor is the following, if anyone understands it please tell me how to fix it. btw i use windows 11 pro if it is needed.

Had same issue. Problem is that installer seems to use the path to the user directory, which goes wrong when there is a space in it.... Supposed solution didn't work for me, I reinstalled PC with a user without spaces and it went fine....

From looking at your logs, it looks like that an older version of C++ Redistributable was already installed on your machine and can’t be uninstalled, the latest version 14.32.31326 can’t be installed.
Please download the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed, run the tool to uninstall all ‘Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 … 14.30.30704’.
Then reboot your computer and reopen VS Installer to repair your vs.
