Event not firing when using WinSCP to upload a Blob Storage using SFTP

I am using a Standard general-purpose v2 account. I am able to trigger Event when a blob is uploaded using Azure Portal. However the event is not triggered when i try to upload file using SFTP(WinSCP). Although SFTP is supported in general-purpose v2 account.

    @Zafar Thanks for raising this question! Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here.

    This feature isn't been rolled out to the storage tenant yet, It will be rolled out very soon, presently I don't have ETA. Let me try to make changes in the document.
