Azure - create Static Web App - Not Working

Hi all, I'm trying to create a Static Web App in my Azure account but when I click "create" i'm re-directed back to the welcome page page - so never reach the Basics / configuring section form to complete the process.

@API Rhino You can also refer to the below information this might be helpful. Generally, this error occurs when you don't have access to the Azure subscription and you are part of that Azure AD.

Are you using the credentials while logging to the azure portal that you have access to? In the portal under subscriptions were you able to see any/list of subscription that you are part off or you have access too?If you are not able to see any subscription then this might be role assignment issue you can reach out to your account admin and ask them to add you as either contributor or respective RBAC roles.

Are you trying to login to azure account with different account,try logging to portal with those account check whether you are able to the subscriptions list if you are able to see them try adding this user id to that account.

From the screenshot you took, my guess is that you do not have an Azure subscription. If you hit the Start with an Azure free trial and sign up with your credit card you can get $200 USD for free and 12 months of other free services.

You will not be charged for the trial and have the ability to change from trial to pay-as-you-go to continue services with Azure.

Hello, thanks for your reply: this is the strange thing - I do have a Azure free trial - which I'm signed into currently. Been doing other things on it - eg github integration with DevOps / created repos / created CI/CD pipeline today etc. So I'm signed into my portal.azure account - search for Static Web App - click create and arrive back at home as the image shows..!

Have you tried Azure CLI to deploy the app? There is a guide in the following link to deploy a static web app via CLI.

I've not tried that to date; when I follow the link to https://portal.azure.com/#cloudshell/ - I'm clearly signed into my Azure account but message is...

No valid subscriptions found
You need an Azure subscription to use Azure cloud Shell.
Create an Azure subscription
