Re-Create Outlook profile
Could you reconfigure Outlook profile successfully?
- Could configure Outlook profile successfully but cannot connect to Exchange server when open Outlook.
- Or cannot reconfigure Outlook profile.
Is this mailbox hosted on Exchange on-premises or Exchange online?
If this mailbox hosted on Exchange on-premises, I would suggest you try to migrate to another mailbox, then check whether could connect with Exchange server successfully.
If this mailbox hosted on Exchange online, check whether Microsoft 365 subscription is active first. Then try to remove Exchange online license from this mailbox, then re-assign to it later.
