Pasting from MacOS Apps to Microsoft Remote Desktop Server 2012 Types Letter "V".

This has been an issue since I made the switch to Mac in my office. I use a clipboard manager app and Raycast to auto-paste things in certain situations. I am unable to do this while working in Microsoft Remote Desktop Windows Server 2012 R2. It only types the letter "v", like it is missing the ⌘ input in the paste shortcut (⌘+v). Please advise how I can fix this issue.

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Copy Paste in Mac.

Use command+C to copy the text, but do not use command+V as you normally do in Mac OS. Instead, use control+V to paste into a session in Remote Desktop.

You could configure Redirection to map the folder of Mac in Windows so that you can copy file from Windows to Mac
Transfer files between host/client computer with Remote Desktop v8 on Mac :

    or

try the Remote Desktop for Mac (Beta)
"In addition to supporting copy/paste of text and images, the preview app now supports copy/paste of files so that you can transfer files into and out of the remote session using both Command X/C/V and CTRL X/C/V."
