Triggering Email when privileged security groups are changed in AD

Hello,

Triggering Email when privileged security groups(DA,Schema, EA) are changed in AD . How to set this process ? with the native AD

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Windows Security Log Event ID 4732: A member was added to a security-enabled local group.
Windows Security Log Event ID 4728: A member was added to a security-enabled global group.

Send Alert e-mail if someone add user to privilege Group :
