X = recipient in organisation A

Y = sender in organisation B

Z = sender in organisation B

Y can send email to X through OWA

Y cannot send email to X through Outlook

Z can send email to X through Outlook and Owa

There is some problem with Y. I deleted the profile and re-creted and then Y was able to send emails that evening. But next day again same issue. Is it something to do with contacts / address book?

Actually everyone can send email to X except Y through Outlook. Y can send through OWA too

    Hi,

    Yes, it looks like the issue with the user Y's outlook profile. If outlook is configured in cached mode, then delete the "AutoCache' for user X and type the full email address and send the email.

    Try renaming the OAB files and download the OAB, make sure the files are created.

    Do a test email autoconfiguration in outlook [Press ctrl + right click] on the outlook icon in the system tray, make sure only "Use Autodiscover" is select and click on Test

    Check the OAB URL is populated in the results tab

    Also, check if the user has any contacts added to the outlook profile.
